1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to meet our duty to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010.
2. What we have done
- The site works on phones, tablets and desktop computers, and reflows without horizontal scrolling.
- Pages can be navigated by keyboard, with visible focus states.
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content.
- Images carry alternative text and form fields carry labels for screen readers.
- We do not rely on colour alone to convey status or meaning.
- Key content is available in Pashto as well as English.
3. Known limitations
Some transaction tables scroll sideways on very small screens. Downloadable PDF receipts may not be fully tagged for screen readers — we will supply the same information in an accessible format on request.
4. Alternative ways to use our service
If any part of the website is difficult for you, you can complete the whole transfer in branch or over the phone with a member of staff, or nominate a trusted person to act for you. See Support for Vulnerable Customers.
5. Feedback
Tell us about an accessibility problem at info@sarafiasif.com. We aim to respond within five business days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can use our complaints process, and you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
